How do I find the right replacement part?

Open the Parts Finder, choose your unit type and enter your model number (for example 4400HVX000) to see the parts that fit. Add your unit model or serial number in the cart and we double-check every part against your unit before it ships.

Which fountain size do I need?

Start with surface area and depth. As a starting point, 1/2 HP suits ponds up to about 1/4 acre, 3/4–1 HP up to about 1/2 acre, and 2 HP and up for larger water. Use the sizing helper above or call for a free recommendation.

How fast do orders ship?

Most in-stock parcel orders leave our Markham warehouse in 1–2 business days. Fountains and large aerators ship by freight.

Is free shipping available?

Yes — parcel orders (items up to 10 kg) of $250 or more ship free within Canada. Freight items are excluded.

Can you repair a unit I did not buy from you?

Yes. As a certified Kasco repair centre we service units regardless of where they were purchased.

What cord length should I order?

Measure from where the unit will sit to the outlet — not to the shoreline. It is the most common thing ordered short.
